Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Terms

Last updated: October 2026

Scope

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and govern trial access, paid plan subscriptions, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and the effects of account expiration or deactivation on the Service. Where they conflict, rights that cannot be waived by law prevail.

Trial

Every user must go through the trial before activating a paid plan. The trial is free, has a limited duration, and comes with reduced platform limits.

The trial is not charged and does not automatically convert into a paid plan: when it ends, an explicit subscription is required to keep using the Service. [TO CONFIRM — exact trial duration and applicable limits.]

Paid Plans and Renewal

The paid plans, their prices and limits are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are contracted for a defined period. [TO CONFIRM — billing cycles, charge date and payment method.]

[TO CONFIRM — price adjustment rules and advance notice to subscribers.]

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. [TO CONFIRM — the cancellation mechanism available to the user and when the cancellation takes effect.]

Where applicable, cancelling does not erase your usage history; the processing of your personal data after the end of the relationship follows the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Where the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC) applies, the consumer has the right of regret for contracts concluded outside the commercial establishment — for example, over the internet — within the statutory period of CDC art. 49, with reimbursement of the amounts paid. [TO CONFIRM — refund procedure and method.]

Beyond the right of regret, all other refund cases follow Argos's own policy. [TO CONFIRM — the operator's refund policy for cancellations outside the regret right; no periods were defined in this version.]

Effects of Expiration, Cancellation or Deactivation

When a trial expires, a subscription is cancelled, expires without renewal, or the account is deactivated, running automations and monitors may be stopped.

Stopping automations does not reverse or cancel orders already executed on your Binance account. You are responsible for closing or adjusting your positions on Binance.

Before the end of the contracted period, we recommend manually stopping any automations you no longer wish to keep running.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
