Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your use of the Argos TraderBot website (argostraderbot.com) and of the Argos TraderBot platform (app.argostraderbot.com and api.argostraderbot.com, together the 'Service'), operated by Argos TraderBot ('Argos', 'we', 'us').
By accessing the website or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
About Us
Argos TraderBot is an automation tool for Binance trading. Questions about these Terms or the Service can be sent to [email protected].
The Service
The Service lets you create and run monitors, automations and backtests that operate on your own Binance account through the API keys you register. Keys are stored encrypted and are never used for withdrawals.
The Service does not hold, custody or transfer your funds, and it does not provide financial or investment advice. Nothing on the website or platform is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
Notifications can be delivered by e-mail, Telegram, phone/SMS and mobile push, according to your configuration.
Eligibility and Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service.
Access to the platform requires an account provisioned by Argos (there is no public self-signup). You can request trial access through the website.
Your Account and Binance Credentials
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the Binance API keys you register, including keeping them configured without withdrawal permission;
- You are responsible for the strategies, monitors and automations you configure, and for the orders executed on your Binance account through the Service;
- You must keep the e-mail address associated with your account accurate and up to date;
- You are also responsible for complying with Binance's own terms of use when connecting your account to the Service.
Notify [email protected] immediately if you believe your account or your API keys have been compromised.
Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to manipulate or abuse markets, or use the Service for fraudulent activities;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, circumvent its security measures or rate limits, or interfere with its operation;
- copy, scrape or resell the Service or its content without authorization;
- introduce malware or code that could harm the Service, Argos or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules (see "Suspension and Termination").
Trading Risk and No Advice
Automated trading involves a high risk of loss, including the total loss of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No result or profit is guaranteed.
Argos TraderBot is an automation tool only. It does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, strategies and configurations.
Trials, Plans and Cancellation
Trial access has a limited duration and reduced limits. The conditions of paid plans, renewals, cancellation and refunds will be documented in specific subscription terms; wherever the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code applies, your right of regret and other mandatory rights are respected.
When an account is deactivated or a trial expires, running automations may be stopped.
Intellectual Property
The website, the platform and their content — including texts, design, code and trademarks — belong to Argos or its licensors and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without authorization. Third-party names and trademarks (such as Binance, Google and Microsoft) belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argos will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or trading losses resulting from market movements, from the strategies and configurations you choose, or from events on Binance's side.
The Service depends on external infrastructure (such as Binance, hosting and network providers); Argos does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Argos's liability in situations where applicable law — including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code — does not allow such exclusion.
Availability and Changes to the Service
We may add, change or discontinue features of the Service over time. Because the Service operates through Binance, changes, outages or rule changes on Binance's side may affect the availability or behavior of the Service.
Suspension and Termination
Argos may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, unlawful use or security reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time. The handling of personal data after the end of the relationship is described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Personal data collected through the website and the Service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (argostraderbot.com/en/privacy-policy), which is an integral part of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may bring actions in the forum of their domicile, and nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
